This website is for my writing course Writing 39A at UCI. The question that we learn and discuss is: How do Disney films contribute to the construction of society's values and norms about gender roles? How have these values changed over time? Thanks for help and corporation from Dr. Lynda Haas and my fellow classmates.

Who am I?
I'm a 2nd-year Sociology major student at UCI, and this website is created for my class Writing 39A.

What are my course goals/objectives?
This course aims at making me become not only a writer but also a communicator. Because the course topic is about how our human beings are "mediated" into a binary system of gender, the course will achieve the goal through analyzing videos, films, and articles about Disney films, which both reflect and create parts of binary system of gender.
